» At first Open Export Notes:

Select or Deselect the items to be converted and Choose Outlook Format. SysTools Export Notes provides option to Export Lotus Notes database to MS Outlook in two formats i.e. Outlook 2000/2002/XP (Ansi Format ) & Outlook 2003/2007/2010 (Unicode Format).

Important Note - If you are having MS Outlook 2000/2002/XP installed on your system then you should choose Outlook 2000/2002/XP (Ansi format) or you are having MS Outlook 2003/2007/2010 installed on your system then you should choose Outlook 2003/2007/2010 (Unicode Format).

Click on Open button for open Lotus Note items as shown below:
