Convert Lotus Notes NSF file to Outlook after viewing Lotus Notes emails, contacts, calendar, journals, to-do list.

» Export tab contains the list of items to be converted to MS Outlook as in the screen below:

Select or Deselect the items to be converted and Choose Outlook Format. SysTools Export Notes provides option to Export Lotus Notes database to MS Outlook in two formats i.e. Outlook 2000/2002/XP (Ansi Format ) & Outlook 2003/2007 (Unicode Format).

Important Note - If you are having MS Outlook 2000/2002/XP installed on your system then you should choose Outlook 2000/2002/XP (Ansi format) or you are having MS Outlook 2003/2007 installed on your system then you should choose Outlook 2003/2007 (Unicode Format).

Click on Start Conversion button as shown below:

Now choose the location where you want to save the MS Outlook PST file from the following box:

 

Select folder or drive and Click on OK button. Then Software will display following:

Click on Export to Outlook button to proceed Lotus Notes Migration process as shown below:

After converting Lotus Notes Database NSF File to Microsoft Outlook PST file the software will display you the saving location of PST File with its migration date and time as shown below:

Then these converted PST files can be easily imported to MS Exchange using ExMerge option in MS Exchange itself.
