- First choose Actions >> Tools >> View and create Group calendars
- Next press button for ‘New Group Calendar’.
- Type name in the text field, to assign group calendar
- Next add members from directory
- After finishing adding names to calendar, click OK
- After this new group calendar will be opened, showing member information
- Double-click the person’s name, in order to display person’s calendar,
- In order to view group calendar which is already existing, go to Actions >> Tools >> View and create Group calendars.
